Duplicate wall posts when creating accounts RRS feed

  • We have Microsoft CRM 2013 UR1.

    Strange behavior that i notice is when we create accounts, duplicate posts are shown on the wall. Sometimes even 3 posts for the same account. Please refer below screenshot.

    Even deactivating the Post rule for account did not stop these duplicate posts.

    Any ideas?

  • You probably have multiple SDK message processing steps enabled for the same action - in this case Create on Account.

    Go into default solution, then SDK message processing steps and check. Disable duplicate steps.
