Can't get human help/phone because "subscription no longer active". Tried re-activating but unsuccessful "product code already in use". Dead end trying "Microsoft Billing and Account Management". Hve spent hours. Any suggestions?
My "cancellation" notice just happened to be about 3 months after renewing my one year subscription. Look for a Microsoft fix in the next 24 hours or so.

I'm going to lock this thread as the main thread for this is in John's post. There is clearly a back end problem on the Microsoft side, so sit tight, if this just happened within the last 1/2 day on December 18th, 2007.
