Win7 Home Premium suddenly not genuine

Question
-
I see this is a common proglem. Everything was going fine with Win7 Home Premium on my HP Pavillion dv6000 until about a month ago. Now I constantly get the message that windows isn't genuine and the background image on my desktop has been replaced with a black background. BTW, I replaced the hard drive about a year ago and purchased Win7 from BestBuy, but everything's been running fine until just recently.
Here is the info from the diagnostic tool. Any help in getting this fixed would be greatly appreciated.

This product Key is indeed Blocked. The Product key was Blocked with a reason of "Returned".
The Key was purchased from the Microsoft Store (I 'm not completely sure but it appears to have been purchased from the Microsoft Online store apposed to from of the few physical Microsoft Store locations).
If the Windows was purchased through the Microsoft Online Store, then a Key Block reason of "Returned" would likely mean that a) the customer requested his/her money back or b) there was some sort of problem with the transaction (Credit Card declined, Charge Back or so on). I recommend contacting the Microsoft Online store for assistance with the issue.
If the Windows was purchased from a physical Microsoft Store location then a Key Block reason of "Returned" would mean the customer physically returned the software. In this case, I recommend returning to the Microsoft Store located for further assistance with the issue.
Thank you,

The License Key here has been blocked from activation for some reason.Darin should be able to give some idea as to why. Please check that the visible part of the Key in the report matches the Key on your installation package - if not, then use the Change Product Key link at the bottom of the System Properties page to change the Key to yours, and then activate it.
