Check printing macro

  I am attempting to print checks from a macro for Dynamics GP with Mekorma Check printing.  I created the macro using the "Record Macro" tool and am launching it from a vb.net application.  It logs in, builds a check batch and goes through the Mekorma check printing security.  It all works fine until it is ready to hit the print checks button.  At this point, the macro stops execution and returns control to the dynamics window.  I could print the checks manually from there, but that defeats the purpose of using the macro to print the checks.  Anyone with an idea as to why it stops and what settings or alternatives there might be to et it to complete its task?  I know this is not a CRM issue, but they made me pick a forum and there is nothing closer.
