    And my error code is ..........0xc004F063 , a problem occured when windows tried to activate. I found my product key but I don't know what to do.....whenever the computer comes on it says type in the error key or gives 2 other options. I'm lost.

  • I would suggest going to the Toshiba website and updating your BIOS, but please save your data somewhere off of your machine first.

  • Can you tell me who you bought your computer from?  It looks like you may have gotten a faulty BIOS.  It'd be helpful for us to know the manufacturer of your computer so we can contact them to resolve this.  Thank you!

  • My manufacturer is Toshiba, the error says something about a missing BIOS license and I dunno how that happened. My product key is fine and correct and it starts to activate and then that error comes up over and over. I bought this laptop from someone else and pretty much cleared it out and it had windows xp home edition on it and I was just trying to upgrade.

  • I can't even access my desktop anymore.....it automatically goes to the different safe mode options and no matter what i choose it just sticks there.
