I would suggest going to the Toshiba website and updating your BIOS, but please save your data somewhere off of your machine first.Tuesday, March 20, 2007 9:19 PM

Can you tell me who you bought your computer from? It looks like you may have gotten a faulty BIOS. It'd be helpful for us to know the manufacturer of your computer so we can contact them to resolve this. Thank you!Tuesday, March 20, 2007 5:07 PM

My manufacturer is Toshiba, the error says something about a missing BIOS license and I dunno how that happened. My product key is fine and correct and it starts to activate and then that error comes up over and over. I bought this laptop from someone else and pretty much cleared it out and it had windows xp home edition on it and I was just trying to upgrade.Tuesday, March 20, 2007 9:11 PM
