Tracing in CRM 2011 Online?

Question
-
Is it possible to enable tracing in CRM 2011 online? Or enabling Dev Errors would also work.
The problem is that we are trying to setup a security role that has limited privledges in CRM.
These users can only read/write contacts, nothing else.
The users can login without any problems, they can view contact records, but once they try to create a record, they immedialtly receive a security exception. With an on-premise installation, we would be able to enable server side tracing an look at the trace files to get the exact privledge id which is missing.
How should we handle this in CRM online?Monday, April 4, 2011 11:44 AM

If you call the support number, they can turn dev errors on for you.

You can use the Itracingservice to get better information in code, otherwise you can call support as I suggested above to have them turn on dev errors for your organization.
