Problem with Logitech mouse M90?

   Some time ago I have to reinstalling  MS on PC and in same time install  optical mouse Logitech M90(M-U003) in USB port. Windows XP (service pack 3). After some time specific Microsoft tool is Turned off this mouse and inform me about  some error with this hardware - code 43 .  In this moment I do reinstall mouse software including newest driver  but after short time Your tool is again turned off optical mouse Logitech.

  How do I fix this problem one for ever ?  Is there exist some Microsoft update to fix this situation ?

  Is Microsoft tryed decide this situation in cooperation with Logitech because this condition now is unacceptable for  both the company !
