I have a small problem with Income Email:using E-Mail Router for CRM 2013 on premise with ,, use Exchange Web Service(EWS) : https://podxxxxx.outlook.com/EWS/Exchange.asmx
For example A systemuser(abc@xx.com.tr) who have email address in the MSCRM , uses Email Router for Incoming Emails.
Email router Incoming Status is Succeeded for this systemuser but The Microsoft Dynamics CRM E-mail Router does not create the e-mail message which sent to (abc@xx.com.tr)
I have looked at the following E-Mail router trace, there is a row something like this;
The e-mail message with subject "<subject>" in mailbox abc@xx.com.tr- for delivery to http://<CRM URL> was rejected. Reason: NoRecipientMatch.
Personal Options
Select the e-mail messages to track in CRM -> All email messages
In System Settings :
Use Smart Matching is disabled
process emails only for approved users is unchecked
process emails only for approved queues is unchecked
Does anyone have an idea for NoRecipientMatch?
