Boot into Safe Mode, then select Start>Run and type "msconfig" without the quotes in the Run box. When the System Configuration Utility opens go to the General tab and select "Diagnostic Startup", Apply, OK. Restart your computer. Uninstall One Care. Restart your computer, open the System Configuration Utility again and on the general tab select "Normal Startup", apply, OK. Restart your computer. You don't say which version of CA is installed on your computer so I can't give you a direct link to an uninstaller but you should be able to find what you need to uninstall CA here -
