outlook 2013 unable to delete folder under inbox

  Dear All,

  I created folder under inbox and assigned a rule to the folder then I canceled the rule and tried to delete the folder. I deleted and then the folder reappeared again and then right click on the folder but unable to select delete   folder. How can I solve this issue?
