Hello apbains,
No, your computer will not shutdown nor will any functionality be reduced or removed due to a Non-Genuine error.
I don't see anything in your Diagnostic Report that would explain a Non-genuine issue and I have also check the Product Key being used and it is Valid and Genuine.
I recommend going to http://www.microsoft.com/genuine/validate/ValidateNow.aspx?displaylang=en and click the Validate Windows button.
-If Validation shows as Genuine, reboot and see if the Non-Genuine error is gone.
-If Validation shows as Non-genuine (or any other result besides Genuine) then write down the exact error message and post it here.
Thank you,
