My HP Photosmart C4795 printer has stopped scanning, and refusing some forms of printing.....has started after new hard drive was replaced. RRS feed

    I have reloaded every driver I could.... printer still doesn't perform correctly.  I'm at a total loss.  If anyone has information, please let me know.

    Hi,

    Is your printer under warranty, did you tried to contact HP ?

    Can you identify a specific function that doesn't work (ex, it scans but it doesnt prints or vice versa) ? Or is it randomly blocking on printings.. 

    Can you also post which version of Windows currently installed ? Including the service pack if possible (these information are available when you look the computer properties (right click on the icon, then properties).
