Is "The Official Scripting Guys Forum!" and the "Windows PowerShell" forum redundant?

  I have not been actively participating in these forums for very long, but it seems like the threads in these two locations are very similar and could be easily organized into a single forum. My guess is that the PowerShell forum was added when the Scripting Guys were focused on VBScript, but I'm curious if there's another reason.

  EDIT: I've also started noticing people posting duplicate threads in both forums.
