I'm trying to back up my files and while I can get to 49% compression, I can't get any further because the system repeatly ejects my DVD! This has happened many times before, but this time I need a back up disc because I'm getting a new computer and want to transfer my old files and photos!

It may be easier to simply copy the files that you wish to move to the new computer. You can copy them using Windows Explorer and copying them to a blank DVD, letting Windows write the DVD.

To address why the backup process is ejecting the blank disc, please contact support.
