    Hello,

    Unable to download Microsoft Office Service Pack 2 (Error 80200001)

    Can someone help with this issue.

    Follow steps from the Microsoft Knowledge Base article 822798 and check if it fixes the problem.
    Alternatively, you can download the Office Service Pack from the Download Center and install it manually.
