    Since last friday i have a problem. When a type a single quote like ^ or " , it always appear like ^^ or "" (also doubling). So it is impossible to type diacritical signs.

    I use a keyboard lanquage Nederlands and the keyboard setting VS International. My operating system is Windows 7.

    Probably the setting of your keyboard. If you use the US international keyboard for instance with a native US keyboard you get this kind of behaviour, not VB related.
