I am new to developing plugins through developer's toolkit. Somehow when I was developing my plugin when I tried to deploy it I got some errors. Then when I deleted my plugin and re-deployed it worked. That's why I was confused.
With your direction, I just re-deployed my plugin that already existed and it didn't complain. I didn't know you could do it.
