Backup of AppData

  Sir:

  Is it necessary to back up c:\user\MyName\Appdata and it's subfolders? I think I need to backup at least the Windows Media data because that's where the info of my library is (Lots of info I've entered here, 1000's of songs & videos). But other than that is any other data need to be backed up in case my computer crash?
