Fix it

  I have downloaded Fix it as Zip package and installed however not one Fix it works. I always get the mistake 0x80004005. When I try a Fix it directly from the support center I receive the information "unexspected mistake. Not possible to continue". What is the problem? Is there anybody who could help me?
