Need a cancellation/refund on one of my MS Office accounts

  Hello - On October 15, 2020 I purchased a personal Microsoft Office account. This morning (November 27,2020) I purchased a Microsoft account through by work domain. This is causing problems on my Windows 10 PC where I have both accounts. My personal account is the first account on the PC and I added/connected my work account. I would like to cancel my personal MS Office account and get a prorated refund and only use my work MS Office account going forward.

  Please let me know how to proceed. Thanks.
