VPN Connection Degrades Overall Client Internet Speed

Hi,

My company is using Always on VPN and our remote clients are using windows 10 machines. When remote machines connected to the VPN, their internet speeds drop significantly. This is cause long delpays while opening some applications.

Is there a fix or something i am not looking at.
