Where is Customer Service Hub app (built on Unified Framework) in Dynamics 365/CRM version 9.0 RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hello Devs,

Playing around version 9.0 online trial I was looking for that Customer Service Hub, a unified interface framework app, that is mentioned in a user guide in the apps area. I didn't find anywhere in my trial instance. See the image from user guide below.

    Customer Service Hub (unified app)

Instead, there is a CRM Hub app that doesn't contain cases and knowledge article entities. That is described as a mobile app that provides core CRM functionality.

Anyone found the Customer Service Hub app in there trial instance or any way to enable/install it?

  • I got to know the problem.

Basically, I had registered that trial before version 9.0 released for General Availability. After that I did the instance reset to the new 9.0 version. In that I was not able to see that new Customer Service Hub app in my apps area. Neither in preferred solution, nor in Appsource. Astonished.

I registered a new trial and there I found "Customer Service Hub" app in preferred solution area

    Office 365 > Admin > D365 Administration Center > Solutions > Customer Service Hub.
