Configuring OCS 2007 Enterprise fails. RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi,

I am trying to install OCS 2007 Enterprise Edition on WIndows 2003 R2 SP2 server. I could create Enterprise Pool in expanded mode, but when I try to Configure Pool it fails on Admin Tool installatin.

I get Error [0xC3EC796A] MSI Installation failed. Below are some last lines of the installation log.

  • I am also experiencing this error, but only when I try to 'Add Server to Pool' which runs the appserver.msi script.  Obviously a little bit of a generic error code.  Any ideas?
