How can I delete my TECHNET account? Social. Forum. ALL TECHNET.

Question
-
I only ask because I just created a second account, somehow, while trying to set up alerts for my first account, which I still have no idea what the password is. I asked them to send a password reset but still haven't received it. In the process, now I have a second TECHNET account that they created on the fly from my "alternate" email address.

Send email to fissues at microsoft dot com explaining your problem and they should be able to help you.

Seriously? I have to email them? And did you accidentally type the letter "f" in the beginning of issues? I'm starting to think MS is just creating accounts for every service they provide, like google creating a Youtube account for me just because I happened to be logged into gmail and went to youtube.com.
Thanks!

Emailing them is going to be the fastest contact method.
And yes, there's an f in the email address:
fissues (at) microsoft [dot] com

I think as Mike said it will be the fastest method to get the problem resolved. And yes, I typed the address correctly, there is f in front (meaning forums issues).
