    I have recently passed my MCP 70-410 exam and recieved an email from microsoft with my MC ID and Temp access code.

    and when I try to get my access code , I cant !

    they told me try later ...

    Hey Mohammed,

    first you need to use IE (mcp site don't working properly with chrome or mozila).

    i think the temp password you get it's expire or the server was down for Maintenance.

    My recommendation for you:

    1. Open MCP Site with Internet Explorer.
    2. Type your MC ID and your Temp Password.
      if you can't login click on "Can't access your account?" and select "I forgot my password".
      </label>The system will send you an email to reset your password, do not forget to do so soon.
    3. If you still have a connection problem, contact the support center nearest you (see details in the link)
