windows live safety scanner

  windows live safety scanner,keeps saying unsupported browser,when i try to run scanner.i make sure to log in as admin.

  windows vista ultimate
  microsoft security essentials
  spybot
  ad-aware anniversary edition
  what could be causing this problem
