  I am curious if your issue has been resolved? If not, please try installing again to see if that resolves the issue. You may need to run the OneCare Install Cleanup tool and then retry your installation.

  The most likely reason for this is a conflicting program or incorrect IE settings. Often this is due to security software not removed before OneCare was installed.
