The forums team has made some configuration changes and updates recently that should have resolved these issues. Can you verify whether or not replying to threads still gives you this error?

Yes it happens once after site have been closed from 3 - 6 PDT and i recognized that happens if you kept it open for long time before you submit.
The problem is not error it self but if give you an error and it is already submitted so you may click again and it will submit it again and i saw a lot of people has posted twice ...
May be if it disable the button after clicking submit and if there is an error it give him the error and a message "Please copy your post and refresh" so if the client saw he his post submitted he will not post again and if not he will paste what he had copied
I will confirm you if the error happened again or not in the next days

Hi,
In the last couple of days it worked fine after last post but also i think it would be better if the buttons are disabled after clicking on it so to avoid clicking twice if took a bit time will submiting and gives also a notice that have been clicked
