    Hi, I found that some of my records is having a weird problem that
    Account ID   Created On                  Modified On
    CO-1105001 05/01/2010 00:46 AM   05/01/2010 00:43 AM

    May I know under what situation this could happen?

    Probably not relevant, but are the clocks on your servers sync'd?

     

    I have no authority or information on this, but they could be using two different ways of entering dates.

    Well your example has the creation date earlier but I expect you just wrote it the wrong way around.

    In the case of 1 minute, I'm guessing on the creation of the record the back end was systematically populating the fields and happened to populate the modified date first and in the fractions of a second before it populated the creation date the minute hand ticked over.

    Hi leon,
    Yeah I have modified and reverse the creation/modification datetime. Some of it doesn't take 1 minutes different. I have about 50 records with 2-3 minutes difference in creation and modification datetime.

    Yes you are right!

    i found the root cause!

    CRM Web and Workflow Async Server time are not in Sync!

    Shouldn't CRM update the creation / modification time stamp base on Database server?
