"Set Regarding" missing after reply to email RRS feed

  • Hi guys,

    When creating a new email activity on CRM online, I associated an account as "Set Regarding", when testing - the email arrives into my inbox and the "Set Regarding" is visible with the account associated - No problem.  

    However - When replying to the email, the account associated to "Set Regarding" disappears from the original email. The email reply, surprisingly has the account associated to the "Set Regarding".

    The following replies all have the account associated to "Set Regarding" and the issue seems to be locked down to the original email.

    Really would appreciate any help on this!
