windows live one care has encountered a problem

The program suddenly stopped working, so I tried to uninstall then reinstall it thats when all hell broke loose, now I get a error 0044-8007064C and It wont reinstall nor does the fix program on the windows live support site, it incounters an error. I have gone thru every one of the suggestions that the help site has and nothing works.

I would suggest using the cleanup tool -

Note that you need to save the tool to your PC and then right click and select Run as Administrator if you are using Vista.

Then try to install again. Unfortunately, I don't know what the 0044 error means, so if the above does not work, you'll need to contact support (via email as a trial user):
