  • I have not been able to find a good solution to this.

    but if I send an email from outlook not a problem.

    so, many contact appears when i reply email after set regarding email from outlook already installed plugin Microsoft Dynamic CRM 2011.

    can you help me?

  • Email when tracked from Outllook would look for all records in CRM that match the given email id. If you have multiple records that share the same email id, you will find the email listing multiple records in the receiver

    Make sure you have unique email addresses in your CRM to resolve this problem.

    now, how to make sure it know unique email addresses? in CRM settings or my Outlook configuration if i want to know unique email addresses for records email id ?
