MCSA Server 2012 R2 Differences from MCSA Server 2012

Are there major differences in the Windows Server 2012 MCSA certification tests now that R2 has been released? Some of the study material out on the web isn't up to date with R2 and I am wondering if it will make a huge impact?

The following link list the exams that have been updated to include R2 content. If you follow the links to the exam pages you fill find a document detailing what R2 changes have been made..
