For Mac, we currently support the following languages only:
{ChineseTraditional ChineseSimplified Dutch English French German Greek Italian Japanese Korean
Portuguese(Brazil) Russian Spanish Swedish}
For Windows Office… availabile translation languages change
based on user’s locale. Not sure about your location but if you’re located in the US (for instance),
it’s expected that you won’t see Czech unfortunately.
This is a known issue and we will accommodate more translation languages for all users (regardless of their locales) in the
future.
Having said that,
if you can add/change your Office user interface language to Czech (or other European languages),
you should be able to use Czech as one of your translation languages.
This is only for Windows Office, not for Mac, however.

Hope that this is helpful.

Takako
