can't send e-mail to lead record using send mal option. RRS feed

  • hi,

    i m working on ms crm 4.0.

    i have installed CRM for Outlook, but yet i am not able to send e-mail to my lead record using the send mail option.

    i can see e-mails in the history as Activity Status "Completed" but i can't see them in my outlook sent items.

    pls suggest me solutions.

    problem is that the configuration of crm with outlook is not done correctly.

    please check it again.

    i also go through that problem.

  • Under the CRM administration - users,is the type of Outgoing e-mail set to outlook or Mail router? This is expected behaviour when using mail router

    E-mail Access types(Incoming & Outgoing both) configured as a Microsoft Dynamics CRM for Outlook in users.

    i have gone through the above link. but, i have not found the option "Allow MS CRM to send email using the CRM for Outlook"any where in outlook.
