can't send e-mail to lead record using send mal option.

hi,
i m working on ms crm 4.0.
i have installed CRM for Outlook, but yet i am not able to send e-mail to my lead record using the send mail option.
i can see e-mails in the history as Activity Status "Completed" but i can't see them in my outlook sent items.
pls suggest me solutions.

problem is that the configuration of crm with outlook is not done correctly.
please check it again.
i also go through that problem.

i have gone through the above link. but, i have not found the option "Allow MS CRM to send email using the CRM for Outlook"any where in outlook.
