Sudden cessation of email in on laptop but not on iphone or ipad RRS feed

  • I received the following notice about 1 week ago "Your mailbox has been temporarily moved on Microsoft Exchange Server.  A temporary mailbox exists but might not have all your previous data.  You cannot connect to the temporary mailbox or work offline with all your old data.  If you choose to work with your old data you cannot send or receive email messages".  Underneath were three choices - Use Temporary Mailbox, Use Old Data, Cancel.  I have since been unable to receive any emails on my laptop and I have lost all my info on addresses.  I have explained my problem to the MS people a number of times and have no help in overcoming the problem.  Can anyone suggest a remedy??  By  the way, I'm using Windows 10 and have Office 365 Personal as an app.
