  • Apparently you fail to understand that you are posting to a peer to peer forum. This forum is hosted by Microsoft for the purposes of discussing Windows Live OneCare. While Microsoft employees do occasionally post here and do regularly read the posts, this is not support and it isn't interactive. It is a forum where customers help customers. If you wish to contact OneCare support, it will be via email per the instructions in the FAQ and a response will typically be returned within 24 hours.

If, on the other hand, you want to see if we can help you, this is a dialog that can take hours and even days for a response. I'm a volunteer here, as are the other moderators.

By the way, I've merged your two posts into a single thread. Please don't start a new thread, but use the reply button to continue this one.

  • I have *never* heard of this problem happening before. And, I assume you are referring to Windows Live OneCare, obtaned from http://onecare.live.com?

    What browser are you using?

On the other hand, if you are not happy with Microsoft products, why consider Windows Live OneCare anyway?
