I have designated a sales agent to call leads and send emails out to the ones that provide email address. I have created an email templates with attachments. When this sales agent creates an email through the lead, saves it, inserts/selects the template
- everything looks good; as soon as the send button is clicked, it goes out... without the text, just the subject and the attachments. Am I missing some little check-box or anything else somewhere for the sales agent? It works fine from my account, but I have
all admin rights...
It's CRM 2013 online version through Office 365. Please advise.
