Microsoft Hyperlapse Pro Mac crashes when generated file reaches 372 MB RRS feed

  • Question

  • Each time I try to render a video using Hyperlapse Pro on a Mac, whatever the settings, the app crashes when the generated file reaches 372 MB in size:

I wanted to attach a screenshot, but it says: "Body text cannot contain images or links until we are able to verify your account" despite having an verified account.

  • Thanks for your patience with Hyperlapse Pro.

My name is Jeff and I'm the Community Manager for the Microsoft Pix team.   Quite often these crashing issues are a result of insufficient memory or videos greater than 20 minutes in length. Can you email some additional details to our team at [pix@microsoft.com ] about the problems you are having?

    Please include the following information:

    - Brand and model of your computer

    - Operating system and version

    - PC specs (CPU, RAM, HD, etc.)

    - Hyperlapse Pro version?

    - Camera used for video capture?

    - Video size and fps?

    - Hyperlapse Settings? (Camera options / Speed / Smoothing / Output)

    Thanks...

    -Jeff
