reinstalling onecare

  my computer crashed and i had to rebuild it. i have a onecare product key that i have used before, on the computer that crashed. when i went to install it i tried to open a new account because i do not know the previous e-mail account that was used before, it said that the product key was used before. i have the product key sticker with all kinds of numbers. how can i get the information i need to get the product reinstalled again. 
  
  i was unable to find anyway to call anyone on the phone. very poor practice.
  
  if i have to buy another copy of an anti-virus because of this it will not be onecare because it seems the ONE thing they CARE about is not HELPING.
