    We are running CRM 2016 on Premise. On an inactive closed case we get the following error "CRM 2016 Error This case has already been resolved. Close and reopen the case record to see the updates" when moving between stages. The first time it occurred we found it was and update request within an integrated MVC page. We fixed it however it still comes up with the error but not as an application error but as a CRM Error with the same message. I turned off plugins and workflows but the problem still occurs. The weird thing is if I change from stage to stage with a pause in between each click it does not occur.
