Answers

  • MJHutchings,

For activation issues and possible resolutions please refer to this Microsoft KB Article for further troubleshooting:

    http://support.microsoft.com/kb/903275/en-us#appliesto

    "Office XP

    1. Click Start, click Run, type C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Microsoft\Office\Data, and then click OK.
    2. Right-click the Data.dat file, and then click Delete.

Important Do not delete the data.bak file.
    3. Close the folder.
    4. Start an Office XP program to start the Office XP Activation Wizard."

Otherwise, you may need to contact Microsoft for telephone activation here at http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/help/HA012334341033.aspx

    I hope this helps,
