Is there an eLearing Forum ONLY?

I don't want to bother other Forums or place my ? in the wrong Forum, but I do need eLearning only/specific answers about the courses, not what they are about or the product they teach, and not about cert, or available courses, but using them or problems inside the course itself. So I can complete the course. Yes I have used and viewed the HELP menu in the courses.

Is there a Forum for eLearning only?
