Hello,
I've added the Windows 7 product key found on the side of this machine twice, each time windows accepts the product key as 'Activation was successful' in windows activation. a couple months later it declares itself not genuine again. Any help at all would be GREATLY appreciated.

I can't see any problems in the report - it may help diagnosis if you install the WAT update (KB971033) and run another MGADiag scan.
