I was researching using the ContentLibraryCleanup.exe tool for distribution points, however based on my research we would need to perform a console update since we do not reflect this path on our site server or media In other words
we do not have this path available under SMSSETUP\TOOLS
%CM_Installation_Path%\cd.latest\SMSSETUP\TOOLS\ContentLibraryCleanup\
%path%\smssetup\tools\ServiceConnectionTool
Also since we only have a Cloud Services listed under Administration suggests that this is not version 1702 CB.
So anyway It does then indicate that an offline Service Connection Tool for SCCM needs to be setup.

But I do not see the serviceconnectiontool.exe either.
Any suggestions on how to obtain them?
