Skewed vaildation codes packaged for HP pavillion notebooks RRS feed

  • Question

  • After reviewing your forum, Appears there is a popular problem with the product microssoft office suite being shipped out with the HP pavillion notkebooks.

The microsoft office apparently does not last through the offered 60 day promotional period before shutting down and out.

This notebook i bought as a gift , it became operational on the 10th of November and by the 16 th was no longer operational. I am just learning this prduct was a trial offer .

Please send replacement validation code for the s/n cnf7382061, model # DV6628US that would at least get this service back operational temporarily till we can purchase a permanent validation code for this system.

    Thank you.

  • Since HP apparently installed the trial version of Office 2007, you'll have to contact them for assistance.
