I just did the above exams . when i checked my transcript , no certificate is awarded.
Can you please help to check ?

If you are pursuing the MCITP: Enterprise Desktop Administrator 7, then you need two exams: the 70-686 that you already passed, and the 70-680 (TS: Windows 7, Configuring).

Once you have passed both exams, the certification will appear in your transcript. Note that it is not immediate. Sometimes it takes a couple of days for the certification to show up in your transcript after the exam is already there.

Yeah, that's right. In order to gain the MCITP: Enterprise Desktop Administrator 7 credential, you have to fulfuill all the requirements. In this case, the 70-680 and the 70-686.
