There are quite a few places to get Microsoft related forums. Most of them are split up or offered in different domains based on the user type, there isn't one big list of everything.Developer Forumshttp://social.msdn.microsoft.com/forumshttp://forums.asp.net/Also, a non Microsoft resource for developers that is very useful is http://stackoverflow/IT Pro Forumshttp://social.technet.microsoft.com/forumshttp://forums.iis.net/MVP and Partner Private Forumshttp://social.microsoft.com/forums/Consumer Forumshttp://answers.microsoft.com/Xbox Forumshttp://www.xbox.com/en-US/forums

Bad answer, Naomi.
Dave's was accurate because if he wants all English language links he needs to go to technet, and msdn, and answers etc.
Your reply will only give all the English language forums in the set (such as TechNet) where the poster is when h clicks on Forums Home.
As Dave rightly said even his answer does not cover ALL the forums because it misses out all the foreign language ones. For that you need for instance to have specified the language of those forums (say Spanish) when in (say) TechNet but then you get only the Spanish TechNet ones not the English ones.
SP 2010 "FAQ" (mainly useful links): http://wssv4faq.mindsharp.com/default.aspx
WSS3/MOSS FAQ (FAQ and Links) http://wssv3faq.mindsharp.com/default.aspx
Both also have links to extensive book lists and to (free) on-line chapters

A big 'thank you' to all of you. I just finished wading through the forums using all the links that all of you have given.
I hadn't the remotest idea that there is such vast collection of forums! My head is still in a daze.
Seasons greetings to all of you.
