You may be having trouble because your default browser is set to the Yahoo browser.
Please try setting your default browser to Internet Explorer, restart the computer, and retry the order process once more. This KB has the steps you need to take (ignore the part about Netscape): http://support.microsoft.com/kb/283127/en-us
