possibility to move to top most view at all forums

Example:

I'm exploring http://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/category/netdevelopment (.NET Development Forums )

and there is no any link to move to http://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/categories - I didn't knew that there are other forums, more relevant to my questions etc.

Make this hierarchy more visible !
